- COPHC PAKISTAN ( a wholly owned subsidiary of COPHCL Hong Kong) has been granted a 40 years concession to manage and operate Gwadar Terminals. To fulfil the requirements of the CA, the company is being supported by following three subsidiaries
- Gwadar International Terminals Limited
- Gwadar Marine Services Limited
- Gwadar Free Zone Limited
- Business scope under the concession includes (but not limited to)
- General cargo handling and storage
- Container handling – General Purpose, Dangerous Goods, Reefer containers
- Provision of marine services – tug and pilotage
- Supply of ship bunkers
- Supply of fresh water to ships
